Noble Educational Empowerment Society (NEES) is a secular, non-profit organization focused on skill development and placement assistance for unemployed, unskilled youth in Telangana. Established in 2005, NEES works to bridge the gap between industry needs and market availability by empowering youth through education, healthcare, and gender equality initiatives. With 19 years of experience, NEES has trained over 17,101 candidates and provided placement assistance to 11,873 individuals. The organization is recognized by the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for its impactful work in skill development.

To eradicate poverty, hunger, injustice and discrimination in all forms. To educate and empower every section of society.

Mission

To enhance and uplift the quality of life of the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society by addressing the core issues of eradication of poverty, hunger and injustice, Promotion of education and employment opportunities, and removal of social discrimination. To gain credibility, recognition and reputation as a competent not-for-profit organization that brings about sustainable, productive and outcome -driven intervention in order to eradicate unemployment and poverty. To build strong public-private partnerships in all social development interventions so that state governments, civil societies and corporate societies could work together and lay platform for the betterment of society. To synergize the energies of the unemployed youth and bring in a positive Transformation by empowering them in every sense.
